Custom Cooler Chairs and Backpack Chairs

21 models · minimums from 3 pcs

A cooler chair combines a seat and an insulated cooler, so the drinks stay within reach for the whole game or beach day. There are two kinds: folding chairs with a removable or built-in cooler bag, and backpack coolers with a fold-out chair frame that carry hands-free. Brands include Koozie, iCOOL, Coleman and PARKIT.

Cooler chair or backpack chair

Folding cooler chairs look like a regular camp chair and usually hold somewhere around 9 to 40 cans in a bag under the seat or on the armrest. Backpack cooler chairs are lighter to carry over sand and trails and suit hikers, festival-goers and stadium walks. Both fold flat for storage.

Where your logo can go

On many cooler chairs the imprint area is on the cooler's front pocket, not on the backrest, and those pockets are small, often only 3 to 8 inches wide. If you want a large logo on the seat back, check the imprint area on the product page first or ask us which models print on the backrest. Screen print and full-color transfer are the usual methods.

Minimums and production

Most cooler chairs start at about 6 to 12 pieces, and some iCOOL and Koozie models start lower. Stock models ship in about two to ten working days after proof approval. The PARKIT Voyager in fully custom colors is a longer project of several months with a 250-piece minimum.

For a chair without a cooler, see camping chairs or beach chairs. For coolers on their own, BrandedItems also runs BrandedCoolers.

Frequently asked questions

How many cans does a cooler chair hold?
Models range from about 9 cans in a removable armrest cooler to 24 to 40 cans in larger cooler bags. The capacity is in each product description.
Is the logo printed on the chair or on the cooler?
On many models it is printed on the cooler's front pocket. The product page lists the imprint area and location for each chair.
Are backpack cooler chairs comfortable to carry?
They carry like a daypack with padded shoulder straps, which is easier over sand, trails and parking lots than a chair bag and a separate cooler.
